Is the watch waterproof?
Your NEXUS is rated 3 ATM. In plain terms: rain, splashes and hand-washing are no problem. It is not built for swimming, showering or diving — take it off before you get in the water and it will last for years.
How long will it take for me to receive the watch?
When you place an order, we order the parts for your design right away.
The entire process usually takes about 20 days .
Here's how it works:
Parts normally arrive within 2-3 weeks (including Saturday and Sunday)
When we receive the parts, we build the clock the same day
The watch will be shipped to you as soon as possible after assembly.
Shipping is always included when you buy a watch from us.
Can I customize the logo/remove it?
Absolutely!You can send us an email with your order number and full name after ordering, stating your desired design or that you want to remove the logo. Or write in a message with the checkout. You can also contact us before ordering.
What does the warranty cover?
Every NEXUS includes a 1-year movement warranty automatically — no registration, no extra step, no cost. It covers manufacturing defects and mechanical faults under normal use.
Like any mechanical watch, it isn't covered against drops, scratches, water exposure beyond its 3 ATM rating, or damage from opening the case yourself. If anything's ever wrong with how your watch runs, email us — a real person answers, and we'll make it right.

Why do you have cheaper watches than other online stores?
We offer cheaper watches than many other online stores because we like to push the prices as much as we can. We believe that many of the other prices that are higher than ours are overpriced. For example, many of those who sell similar watches include extra watch straps in the price, which we give you the opportunity to choose for yourself. Our goal is to provide our customers with quality products at a fairer price.
What movement is inside a NEXUS watch?
Every NEXUS automatic is powered by a proven Japanese automatic movement — self-winding, reliable, with a 41-hour power reserve and hacking seconds. We don't manufacture movements ourselves; we build around mechanics that have earned their reputation. Any independent watchmaker can open the case and confirm exactly what's inside. That's the point: nothing to hide.
