SHIPPING POLICY — NEXUS ELITE WATCHES

1. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

All NEXUS watches are shipped with care and precision. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be delivered after dispatch confirmation.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the European Union.

For orders outside the EU, shipping costs and delivery times may vary. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

3. TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.

4. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

While we do everything possible to meet the stated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control — including customs processing, public holidays, or carrier disruptions.

NEXUS Elite Watches is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or force majeure events. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

5. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.nexus.watch@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
